Luffy doesn’t care about money so that’s why he leaves it to Nami. Luffy doesn’t care about power, that’s why he has no interest in the ancient weapons(just like Roger). That doesn’t mean thou that he will not acquire those as well. He already had massive backing from pirate crews and other countries as well. That is power, power that belongs to Luffy not zoro. And if those pirates and allied nations start to also share their wealth(as a sign of respect, not because Luffy demands it) with Luffy, he will also gain wealth. You confuse Namis greed for money with wealth and Zoro‘s strength with power. So on more time for you. Luffy is way stronger than Zoro. The only time that they have been equal was in Whiskey peak and never since.
I don’t think that every fruit is a manifestation of one wish. More like the combined wishes/desires of people to be in a certain way manifested in devil fruits that than give different type of abilities. As VP said it’s the infinite amount of possible evolutions for humans. That’s said it also means that there is an infinite amount of devil fruits and every single one you can think of is possible.
