Once he is in motion no one can keep up with his speed. So if he senses him from a far he can not stop him because he is to far away, and if he is in motion kizaru is to fast.

The new orders most likely just override the previous. It‘s like you download sth, then cancel and download sth else instead.

He was having fun quite often while fighting. I think he is having fun even more because he can fight even more in a way that he enjoys. It’s the same for us as well. When we do something we like but are not good at we enjoy it a little bit. When we get better at it we enjoy it even more.
