Did you not read the spoilers or are you purposely being ignorant?
You guys are so terrified of him being anywhere near equal to Luffy and a low top tier at least. He took down a Yonko with Laws help. No matter what delusions, hypotheticals, copium etc you come out with, you cannot change that canon, that truth, those facts.
The man is sitting on a 3 Billion bounty along with Law and Luffy too. Hes accomplished a lot without relying on the most extreme of plot conviences/armour/having people worship his existence/a God fruit/being Joyboy reincarnate/hand me downs in general. He's self made, an underdog, sincere and such like a lot well written characters and that seems to really scare and upset some people for some reason.
A lot of people don't seem to know or understand he's based on William Kidd directly who was extremely unlucky/ill fated too. Even Kidds and Killers torture at Udon was inspired by him.

Right? The man got jumped by FUCKING KAIDO of all people LMFAO, after being purposely setup by Apoo too as we learned later and somehow they still blame him and put him down?!
Kidd could become Pirate King, take down an Admiral solo or Shanks solo, he could find the One Piece, he could all kinds of things (even though the Luffy show won't let these happen) and they would still try to downplay him out of sheer desperation.
I don't understand why they hate him so much but its pitiful and confusing.
Kidd is the Sanji of the Supernovas in that people love to slander and dogpile him (yes I know ironic word to use with Sanji atm), its like they get off on downplaying underdogs and the less fortunate/successful. People are weird.
Their frantic attempts to downplay his successes are just funny too. Frustrating but funny too.
If they bothered to put the effort in, they would see why hes such a great character but they won't because they don't want to admit they have the wrong impression of him and don't understand who he's also based on and why he's written this way too.
Gotta chase after feats instead for clout after all! Muh Gary Stus neg diff your faves! If only Kidd could get an abundance of free power ups, people kissing his ass in the story, the most convenient heritage to hype himself up too and such!

Small addition to the leaks:
Eustass Kidd was defeated without ever seeing/meeting Shanks, and his arm was cut off as well. In this chapter, it is not clear who cut off Kidd's arm, but from the dialogue of Eustass Kidd and his crew members, it is mentioned that they hate Ben Beckman so it is most likely that Ben Beckman is the one who cut off Kidd's hand

No big deal, Kid entered Big Mom's territory and didn't even get to see her, same with Urogue.
