Okay made a deal with Zoro
He didn't unconditionally save Zoro like Zoro always saves Luffy

Zoro vs Mr1 as well
And Zoro in Skypea (pretty much entire arc)


Although yeah Luffy was decent pre time skip
Can't complain much..I never actually hated or even disliked Luffy pre time skip.

Post time skip he is so disgustingly bad tho..

One of the worst ones that I know of

I can't think of many characters worse than Luffy rn

I can tell you what Zoro can do to reach pre time skip levels of greatness

Have a solo trip in wano, learn about Ryuma and his lineage, Kaido hasn't died as far as we knew..have him come out awakened and Zoro behead him on flower capital with (Not Enma) but Wado Ichimonji and get his first black blade that way.

He is alright rn but that layer of his personality has yet to be explored

Do you really believe that would make Luffy a better character? Or even Zoro? Part of what makes Zoro great is he's the uncrowned king of sorts.

Having Zoro take over is a downgrade imo. If you mean sometimes Luffy took a backseat and Oda allowed Zoro to take on and defeat the biggest enemy, then I 100% agree.

I think they should be PK level ish based on them having the same value in card games as Whitebeard and Roger.

Have you guys seen the Oda drawing of Luffy at age 40 if things went well, he looks the same with a bit of stubble. It gets interesting around age 60 though, guy starts looking bulky like Garp, looks badass.

Admirals are the strongest fighting force of WG. I doubt Oda will double down on that.

Gorosei's power level should be above Commander but still bellow Admirals to keep consistency and it would be perfect.

As for Imu. Depending on the plot demands, he can start negating Haki and Awakening if Oda feels like it.

I already had the impression that he looks somewhat like Garp from 40s, 60s is just Garp with black hair.
