Without fs + mimic : kaido would be toasted by snakeman till g4 runs out
Without fs and snakemabman : luffy wouldn't match katakuri
Without fs : Katakuri wouldn't handle snakeman easily
Without fs + speed : Shanks wouldn't know what Kidd gonna do and wouldn't blitz him mid-attack
Why are you acting like WCI Luffy it's on the same level as Wano Luffy. Luffy improved his FS and base during Udon training.
WCI G4 Luffy was onshot and blitzed by Kaido's BT near the beginning of Wano. Base Luffy hit Katakuri and was slower than Hody. While RT base Luffy almost completely evaded Kaido's BT attack.
