Akainu > Kuzan
Kizaru & Kuzan > Shiryu & Vasco
Other marines < Pizarro

WB managed taking down Akainu temporarily while dominating Yami Teach while Garp only beat Wolf and making Shiryu look fodderish

WB endurance and AP is why he beats Old Garp whose stamina and endurance is bad

Garp did no actual damage to anyone other than San Juan Wolf.

Shiryu and Kuzan are literally walking away from this completely fine.

Probably with less damage than Sakazuki took from WB
