Everyone thinks they're not biased. I accept Mihawk is stronger than Shanks the same way I accept Kaido is stronger than both of them. Rayleigh's just built different. He's everything that current Shanks is, but with two hands. Two handed Shanks would've been as strong as Roger but not current Shanks. Expecting him to be that strong despite his sacrifice is greedy as far as I am concerned.

They both get hype from one another. Before the sky splitting moment, it was Shanks bros that were hyping Shanks using Mihawk. Shanks bros don't get to judge Mihawk bros now that they have more feats.

Mihawk hasn't been Shanks rival over 12 years now

Shanks is an emperor his rivals are the other emperor. Specifically Blackbeard who’s been his rival since they were kids on roger and whitebeard’s ship respectively

Shanks and Mihawk had Roger and WB like relationship while the Yonko have Shiki~Roger like relationship with Roger. Shanks still sees Mihawk as a rival, which's why he was ready to fight when Mihawk appeared in his territory, which,.Mihawk refused.

Luffy bounty After WCI of 1.5B makes no sense just for beating 1B guy. Even urouge came out alive taking out One of the sweet commander is his bounty in billion? Nope.

Captains have bounties which includes their total strength. Because they command the whole crew.
