It's good marketing.
Focusing on that many villains in a 2 minute trailer just wouldn't work.
Kuro and Krieg do NOTHING in the current story, while Alvida, Morgans, Buggy, and Arlong all show up later in the story after their original arcs. It makes sense to focus on the characters that will show up later, rather than characters like Kuro and Krieg that won't.
We've only seen, like, what? 3-4 minutes of Baratie footage, tops? The Arlong scene probably happens before Krieg shows up, seeing how the Baratie still looks to be in good condition. The Arlong scene will take like, 10-15 minutes, and the rest will be spent on Krieg. Sanji feeding Gin is a huge part of his character arc, I hope they don't skip it.

Everyone complaining about Sanji not getting mad over Stussy is missing something:
Stussy jumped into the attack. Sanji hates people who attack woman; Lucci didn't attack a woman, he didn't attack Stussy, he attacked Vegapunk. Lucci was not responsible for Stussy taking that blow, she chose to take his Shigan.
Sanji's smart enough to understand the difference between Lucci intentionally trying to stab Stussy, and Stussy shielding someone from an attack. Lucci's obviously responsible, but acting like he was trying to hurt a woman here is wrong. Lucci DEFINITELY wants to kill Stussy, but, to Sanji, Stussy was shielding Vegapunk, I don't think he viewed Stussy getting stabbed as Lucci attacking her.
