The reason Bonney ate her Fruit, was because she wanted to be like Ginny. The reason she appeared as Ginny, was because, deep in her soul, she wanted to be like her mom, to make Kuma happy.

When this flashback initially began I was very open about not really caring about any of it tbh, after 1098 though I think it's fine now.

But I get why some people would rather just move on at this point. Especially if you don't care about Kuma or Bonney like at all.

Plus the breaks really did this flashback zero favors, makes it feel like it's gone on a lot longer than it actually has.

So I get it.
