Oda tends to not write presently tragic characters that die. Most characters that die are either FB exclusive, or their pasts arent exclusively horrible themselves. There are smaller exceptions to characters like Pedro and Izo, but their pasts are either irrelevant or not a tragedy largely shared by them alone.

Kuma has a horrifying flashback, I highly doubt he dies here because of it.

Kuma’s memories being slowly erased, him finding out about Luffy being Dragon’s son, his actions at Sabaody and post war, maybe bidding farewell to Bonney before he loses his consciousness at Sabaody, getting captured and sent back to Mariejoa and struggling there, reasons for current actions and final panel of him getting to egg head to rescue Bonney from Saturn.

Maybe they took Bonney hostage after curing her thereby forcing Kuma to lose his consciousness to protect her. In this chapter, he agrees to be cloned, but there is no info on whether he has agreed to lose his consciousness right?

Katakuri is the strongest YC1 other than zoro and beckman, so if kuma can beat him, i would confortably put kuma as yc1+.

Depends on kuma´s haki tho, but i i really don´t see marco, katakuri or king being able to do anything against the paw fruit.

Not to mention that kuma is a physical beast and most likely a conqueror.

Idk about the Katakuri Point to be fair BUT i agree that Kuma in combination with his devil fruit destruction+speed and Physical strength is too much for them... now that you mentioned him who do you think is the strongest Person he could beat in your Opinion?

With Kuma's Buccaneer blood, and King's Lunarian blood, no wonder the child seraphim are such beasts. When these guys grow up, they are going to be absolute monsters. It makes sense why Vegapunk and the WG feel they are a worthy trade off for the Shichibukai.
