Bonney can't bring people back from the dead man. Kuma moving after death has to do with his Buccaneer powers, which we're not going to get explained right now because Vegapunk is either dead or out of action. And from the little he did say, it seems like it's not because Kuma's consciousness is still there but because of some sort of "love" left behind after death.
The most satisfying moment for him to kill Saturn would have been when he punched Saturn. That's over now, and it's the beginning of a new arc for Bonney and Kuma where she'll become the equivalent of an ancient weapon with the pacifistas, and probably a journey to learn about the Buccaneers and try to bring her father back. Saturn can't be killed right at the start of that.

No they were not dizzy but actually defeated... Thats the difference. On the other hand the whole porpuse by Oda of the star attack was to take Kizaru out of plot without actually defeating him.
For the sake of the plot Kizaru took a small break to get back to normal state, but he couldve easily continue fighting if Luffy wasnt taken out of the plot with his time limit excuse and kept pursuing him.

Yeah so Bonney who is going to imitate Nika and the robot that needs Nika's heartbeat are going to defeat Saturn and liberate Kuma and Bonney instead of the warrior of liberation himself.

Sure, because he can almost endlessly increase the size of his limbs, to the point of having the size of Onigashima's skull. But it swinging Dragon Kaido around the craziest physical feat and translatable to punches (when the punch has around the size of Kuma)? We know Kidd could throw Dragon Kaido using his robots, we know old Garp could throw an iron ball that dwarfs a Marineship, which, given the weight of iron, is pretty insane. Burgess also ripped out and lifted a mountain.
At the end of the day, it was a punch with basic armament, using a fist inflated to the size of Kuma.
