But I had enough of Kuma and Bonney and only find them annoying.

The only one who needs to reread something is you, because if you actually read what I was replying to, you would now that I was talking about the fights, and not the series as a whole.

Same goes for the fights too. Post-TS fights got particularly serious in the first half to be fair - and most of them suck! Oda got sick of that and starting with the Katakuri fight he moved things back to the way they originally were. Remember Luffy's East Blue fights? I do!

If you've been reading the series for too long, you start to forget that a guy with rubber powers was never cool and serious to begin with. The entire premise of One Piece is this goofy unserious guy beating up villains who take themselves very seriously.
