I don’t see it. Not because Burgess is weak, I think he’s one of the stronger of the BBP, but because Sanjis fights involve rescuing weaker people and women and Burgess just has no connection to any women.

I think he’s above Beckman and will have a 1.7-1.8 Billion berry bounty when the straw hats fight the BBP.
