The fight lasted less than one round of G5 and it's recovery time—that's not 30 minutes. Zoro implied he was about to end the fight, to which, Lucci replied that he couldn't get to leave with his crew, for which, Zoro told him he wasn't the one in control of the fight. I don't know how you're trying to work around that. Zoro's stuck with Lucci for the sake of stalling just like Zoro vs. Kyoshiro.

The manga handled them another L. Zoro never used ACoC or KoH against Lucci, nor was he going all out. Now he's only using 2 swords and there's no flame/smoke in the swords. That makes me wonder if Zoro using flames/smoke was a mistake since that was when Oda's drawing was off.

Regardless, it's irrelevant. Zoro has limited himself to only using 2 swords and he's easily handling Lucci who's not on his level. This will be another Monet/Killer type battle. Once Zoro stop playing around he will oneshot Lucci. He just can't do it until Oda have his audience (Jinbe) arrive.

Lucci stalling Zoro doesn't mean much. Yamato could stall Kaido.
