Or they just don’t have any difference in strength and they’re all nigh equals
Eh idk about that. It makes too much sense that the gorosei with the name closest to the sun is named “topman”, Gandhi is the second closest to the sun (Venus). Zoro is number 2 of the crew so clearly zoros opponent, and so forth. It also makes sense for the weakest gorosei (Saturn who’s also the furthest from the sun) to be introduced first

Since Gorosei keep their awakened clouds in their beast form too we probably haven't seen their awakened form yet, what Nasujuro and Saturn displayed may be just the hybrid form.

Their additional awakened form saved for later possibly.
I don't think so. When Lucci uses his normal hybrid mode , there is no flames surrounding him. Usage of flames show they are using awakened beast mode and awakened hybrid mode.

They were all introduced simultaneously. And until we’re told there’s a difference in strength there’s not really any reason to assume one’s a tier or so above any other.

then make it look like the SHs are going to lose. The Gorosei/Marines need to be overwhelming them right now
This will probably happen in the next couple of chapters or so. SHs will realize that Gorosei can't be damaged so they will be in big trouble and have no choice but to escape.

Oda has Jinbei witnessing Zoro's feat.

Zoro is different gravy, AdCoC has moved him up to the top tiers.

I don't think he will fight a gorosei but I think he will "announce" himself to Nusjuro with a brief clash, as that will likely be his future opponent, he will take note of his black blade too and claim it for himself one day.

Is this the first time that Oda has cut away to another area without showing Zoro's opponent being downed, after his finisher? Usually when he gives Zoro the win, he makes sure the entire thing is focused on Zoro. He never cuts away, and gives the spotlight to someone else. (Dory and Brogy)

Also, is Ju Peter really decapitated and dead? Highly doubt it. Suspicious that those two scenes are back to back.
