well that is comical panel going by the description but the fact that they can use CoC for roar is something else....gorosei so far has shown regen ability and they are conqerors or atleast one of them so far....so yeah they are indeed above Kaido in passive skills atleast...their offensive needs more time to judge

1. Do you comprehend that Garp was not ordered to stop anyone from getting to Ace? He was trying to get Ace executed by his own free will.
Garp could've just watched Luffy save Ace without interfering.

Indeed, Luffy has only used Conqueror's Haki once throughout the entire arc so far. He has been testing the Gorosei with nothing more than physical blows without internal destruction and Conqueror's Haki, and seeing the Gorosei recover from that has led him to conclude that they may be immortal. I would like to see Luffy try to use Conqueror's Haki, to be honest. I believe this is a hint from Oda that Conqueror's Haki, when properly applied, can counteract this power of the Gorosei. Luffy's lack of experience could be a factor here.

Kizaru for now out feats all the gorosei but Warcury doing good . ANd its more because they are not in 1v1 with luffy unlike kizaru that got a 1v1 that got luffy to the limit of gear 4 and 5 .
AS long as luffy is not out of strenght on the ground asking for food in therm of feats kizaru will be on the lead .
