Except the argument you're using applies to logias, not Katakuri. I had to go "Neutralizer" because you refuse to accept the fact that Mochi ain't a logia. I don't think that's my fault.
That's not how it works. You can't use the scene as any proof he's not functionally a logia, when the scene doesn't do that in the first place. I.e., even if an actual logia by name was in that scene they could be susceptible to getting punched by Oven without haki.

Bruh, he's literally not a logia.

talks about ancient weapons are game changer for whole op world but doesn't put shirahoshi on the "most relevant" character reaction panel, so is she also not a relevant character now?:kawak::kobeha:

Yes, but he is one functionally. Hence the convenient "special paramecia" tag. That is the entire point, you need haki to hurt him until proven otherwise.

That scene does not prove otherwise. End of discussion.
Not gonna repeat the same arguments. Let's wait for the manga to answer our fights just like it almost always does.:zosleepy:

Wasn’t the special paramecia aspect just that he could manipulate his body like a logia. Not that he has the same powers as a logia.

Mihawk will never be more relevant than the characters involved with one piece actual purpose.

Mihawk existence as swordsman revolves around zoro's dream which speaks more about how important zoro is that a whole top tier exist just for zoro and not Mihawk per se.

Obviously he's important as he's tied to Zoro but will he be more relevant than likes of Teach, ImU, shanks, Navy to the story? He never was and he never will be.

Also, I feel we might not see the arcs like expected.

When oda said it's battle royale then he just not meant yonkous.

It's everyone's game - Navy, RA, Yonkous and WG to get one piece
