Nah I dont think this is when this happens. Imo the Yonko and Akainu will fight after Elbaf over the right to LT. This way encounters like Blackbeard and Shanks still happen, among other things like Kuzan and Akainu, etc.
Thats not to say Akainu, Shanks and Blackbeard all lose here, I just think that a big war is coming as its been set up.
For now, I believe Elbaf is Burned Scar Man centric.
