The issue with this is Stussy is considered the first successful clone, which its implied they came out looking like Weevil prior to this. So for someone (Saturn?) to have done this over VP seems like Oda just blatantly lying to the reader then.

VP is slowly replicating technology from the ancient kingdom. The gorosei might have actual technology salvaged from the ancient kingdom secretly in use for 800 years, like an ancient weapon.

I don't think it's the case, but it wouldn't be crazy.

I'm pretty sure that Pranks is Shanks's actual twin and not a clone.

Also the three reasons why Pranks was even created was because:

1. So some people can shut up about the whole Shanks is evil theory or that he is a rat
