The only reason viewers know Kizaru couldn't move is because of his own words, the same Kizaru who fed Luffy, returned to the same spot, and continued pretending he couldn't move.
If Kizaru had to go back to the same spot just to continue the pretense, even though he could actually move, it suggests his words aren’t entirely credible, especially considering his intent to save Bonney and Sentomaru.
It’s entirely asinine to claim Kizaru was knocked out and shaking when he literally blitzed across an island to save Luffy. Give it a rest.

We know that Shanks crew has a great informations system,as we saw Beckmann giving a report to Shanks about Kidd,and they apparently also follow closely Blackbeard moves. So we can assume they are very able to collect infos. Altough this may be only for other pirates,and its harder to get info about the Government people.
Also the page just after he's screaming "GUAAAH" and the SFX on top are typical of someone getting hit several times
Gunko is panting "haa... haa" (ハァ ハァ) in the bottom panel btw, implying she been beating him up hard/long enough to need to catch her breath.
