Which is similar to Film Z about Zephyr, so i think it's indeed an Idea that Oda wants to use in Story & Akainu is obviously our guy,

I also don't think that Akainu vs Aokiji was only created to make Aokiji Resign, i think it was to indicate that there is a Hidden Agenda among Marines & They mustn't allow Aokiji to become Fleet Admiral, cuz it would ruin their Plan,

Also We are in Elbaph Arc based on Norse Myth, with Mary Geoise obviously being like Asgard, to the point that when Loki was revealed to wanna Destroy the World, People thought He was Surtur, but maybe our Surtur is simply Akainu,

Akainu also might hate Dragon so much not because He is a Criminal but because He is biggest enemy to his Plan to overthrow WG, He is basically his Competitor, let's also not forget that it was Akainu's Decision to relocate Marine HQ supposedly to be closer to Yonko but He never tried to do anything against Yonko, it was probably just an excuse to have better Strategic Position against Mary Geoise,

Also now that We saw Bonney's Flashback, don't you find it weird how Akainu reacted when He caught her Pre-TS? Why would He care that much if She was just someone targeted by WG, i think He actually wanted her for his Personal Plans, not to offer her to WG,

His Justice is also about doing anything to eradicate Evil, so He is the type of guy who can turn against CDs if He feels that They slow him down in deleting Evil + Many other Hints & Theories regarding him & other Parallels,

So Overall, i'm not fully convinced but i won't be surprised if it's an Inside Job & Akainu is Responsible,
And it's not something i came up with now, i've always expected this to happen

He was already staging it long ago
His Justice is "Absolute", He wants everyone out of equation

His Hidden Partner was none other than Kaidou & He has Spies among WG (Probably CP-0)
However, i believe his Plan will Fail & He will finally lose it & decide to Destroy everyone (He is basically Canon-Version of Zephyr)

Akainu's Rage to Destroy Everyone EOS is a Prophecy in Elbaf & basically Ragnarok
Oda drawing a Volcano in Sea Floor wasn't just for Artistic Purposes, it was a Foreshadowing that Akainu will blow Grand Line

After this reveal, Shamrock looks Yonko-tier while the others don’t measure up. No way Gaban could take down a Yonko that easily. Imu’s got the Entropy Fruit too, trades aging for mind control, and just shut down Saturn’s entropy to finish him off. Since the power needs constant upkeep, Imu controls their mind as well. Seems like Imu can also use any Devil Fruit power from the users under their control. The arrow thing from imu isn't from his fruit, he is just using it because entropy links the Devil Fruit user to his powers.

There's obviously going to be way more effort needed to defeat a yonko compared to a HK that you already know how to get past their regeneration.

Yeah thats kind of my issue with it. Realistically the only way I see it extending is if Luffy pisses off Imu enough and he just tells all his HKs to destroy him and Elbaf or something lol. But we'd have to see whars even going on the Mariejoa side of this anyway with Shamrock.

If the admirals or yonko don't have the power G.ban used, they are indeed weaker

Gaban can't low diff any admiral nor Yonko. He just low diffed Sommers and Gunko used a hostage to take him out. He's not even done.

Mm true, honestly Loki’s flashback is the only thing stopping me from believing the arc is done. Right now it has all the marks of ending plus there are more pressing matters for the HKs with Marejois burning. Maybe Oda extends the arc by having more villains showing up like the BMP and Kaido?

There's the Heaven World too, it wouldn't make sense for Oda to skip that out but then again he cut out so much of Wano....

Sommers just got low diff by non prime Gaban and Gunko who most likely uses Imu's power needed to rely on an hostage to secure the win.

Without hostages, Gaban could most likely solo the 3 HK currently present in Elbaf.

Some HKs should be stronger than the 3 we have rn like Shamrocks but they’re the exceptions not the rule.
