There is definitely some limits as to what can be called a foreshadow.
Firstly, it has to be subtle. There was nothing subtle about what you showed. Oda clearly portrayed that something bad was gonna happen.
Secondly, it touches upon something that Oda will elaborate in the future and no, not 2-weeks future.
This is exactly why I am asking not to consider everything to be 'foreshadow'. This one was not.
An example of Foreshadow was Kiku's gender. Oda touched upon it twice but was very subtle about it. And then he finally revealed it about 20 chapters later.

That's your opinion in what foreshadowing should be. You can use any synonyms for the word: predict, foretell, imply, it doesn't matter...they all mean the same thing. When there is a direct indicator of a future event, its a form of foreshadowing.

Oda foreshadowed things wouldn't go as planned for the alliance with Orochi finding out about the port location and Udon.

As we know Law had someone who let him free and everything hints that xDrake is the one. Someone who is a flying six fighter and should have more intel about all the situation. He was in the bathhouse for some reason, he should at least know the traitor and Im sure he tell everything to Law about that.
So most like Law handle first and make a fall to the traitor, I doubt that Law would let Luffy and co die easily in that way. Probably all that shit what happend in the port was a plan of Law to trap Orochi and the traitor. Im sure the raid still will start soon to battle in Onigashima.
