tbh I don't see the point of introducing a character like that. Because what you are describing is basically Orochi, aka the loser weakling who is only relevant because Kaido has his back. I think Kaido jr will probably be the "Ace" of the beast pirates

I think Drake and Page might actually be one of the weaker members of the tobi roppo. The guy at the front is obviously neither of them as neither drake nor page wield a katana. Drake and Page seem to be walking at the back of the line with at least 3 others ahead of them.

and given how strong drake and Page were, I think the leader of the tobi roppo would be pretty powerful

I'll keep my expectation low on this matter. But yeah, deep down I want him as badass as his father. There is no point on making Kaido Jr. as a goofy good for nothing character at this moment. Judging on Kaido's speech, his junior is seems a rebellious one who loved to act on his own. Who knows if somehow he is the first one who encounter the alliance, and have massive brawl by soloing them. It's fit to Kaido's character in his younger day.

You mean there is no Kaido Jr. in the first place at all, the horned drunken boy just spouting nonsense? Nah, I doubt it tho. I believe he really meant to it. And who knows if somehow this Kaido's junior related to big debt That Linlin mentioned before. Kaido wanted him to meet Linlin after all.
