You first claim is wrong, you put for all the years Doffy on the top because he deal for few seconds with Luffy and Law, Apoo perform far a better feat against two Supernovas in sametime, is Apoo know a low top tier too?
This just show that the previous powerscaling gonna change soon and people should be prepare for this, because in last arc Oda do anything do downgrade/nerf the Big mom pirates, this time this aren´t gonna happen most like.

He is a better tank when using advanced haki + boundman/tankman no doubt, he becomes very hard to damage.

When it comes to endurance tho' I'm not so sure.

From their meeting, Luffy says he couldnt last even 7 days and Zoro tells him he got more will power.
To Baratie where Zoro's chest is split open and continuing in Arlong Park where he fights with that terrible wound.

Then we go to Alabasta where he takes more damage than Luffy, then we go into Skypiea where he again takes more than Luffy.
Then we have the ending of Thriller Bark where he utterly shits on Luffy's endurance.
And you think something has changed after TS? Think again. Zoro is the true endurance monster, not Luffy.

Yes he got back up, but Zoro was carrying him fending off people. Zoro to Luffy pain and anuish pre timeskip. We know Zoro is comparable to Luffy in that department
