Because These are just 3 SNs. It is not like they are some giant force to bother About. Kaido is trusting them to deal with fodder and in their view, These SNs are fodder. Sure it is a mistaken view of Queen with Kid and Luffy, but Kaido wouldnt trust them that much if they run to him with every fodder coming into the territory.

I wanted to believe that this sh*t is fake but after I saw this small Queen panel I'm almost 100%, sure there is nothing more to this chapter and we will rape the sh*t out of theory about who Queen wants to take out. Big oof.

remember Jack heading into Admiral n ex FA to save Doffy? Or Queen attacking BM? This is just the way Beast Pirates are. Also Plot.

Jack going against two Admirals in sea battle is not the same thing as letting people who are clearly fodders to Luffy fight against him (with hope that they can take him down). Jack is the top player of Kaido, the commanders are the Admirals of Yonko that's their exact responsibility to go against an Admiral. No matter what you think about commanders power level (I'm not here to power scale them) they are comparable to Admirals and we've seen them fighting against Admirals successfully, Jack going against two Admirals shows that he has no fear of them, and honestly I wasn't expecting less from commander of a Yonko.
