Marco ain't doing more than a clash vs. King.

There is no reason to think Marco would be fighting King. Why would Oda bring back someone like Marco and have him not help Luffy with the biggest threat there?

The same people that think that there’s no reasonable chance for Luffy and company to beat Kaido and Big Mom are the same people that would relegate Marco to fighting King when he’s arguably the second strongest person in the alliance, and if not that, easily top four with Law and Kid.

It’s mainly just wish fulfillment from Zoro fanboys, moving Marco down to fight King so they can say Zoro can fight (and die) against Kaido. There’s zero justification for it.

A team up that will bring back Ace's memory for Marco! Seeing that fiery attitude in Ace exist in Luffy! Also remembering WB words to not let Luffy die!

After this arc ends, I want Luffy to take Marco and drop him off in that territory he is protecting, Marco invites him to pay respect to WB and Ace grave

The only way that zoro doesnt fight King is if Yamato is a swordsman.

Also there is absolutely 0 and Benn Beckman means 0 percent chance that Zoro 1v1 Opponent will be weaker than any of the scabbards opponents, Zoro is stronger than every one of them.
