People are also assuming Kaido and Big Mom's alliance will stand during the entire time, I really don't think that's the case, Apoos foreshadowing, Big Mom's children speech about how odd this alliance sounds, something will happen between the two for sure.

It needs to in order for this event to be as massive as the ROCKS fall at the hands of Garp & Roger.

I expect the raid at Onigashima to fail at the end of Act 3 with the alliance failing to defeat the Yonkos and with Kaido beating Luffy a second time. Act 4 shall see more actors coming or returning such as Tama, Hiyori and the Marines and a potential falling-out of the alliance between Kaido and Big Mom for some reasons.
The final battle then should happen on Wano mainland.

But how will the alliance succeed tho? I’m still iffy on that.

I mean the marines were considering this alliance a huge deal and even dubbed it the worst crew in history in the making. Even going so far as thinking about diverting forces there before being shutdown by akainu saying they don’t have the resources to do so at the moment. It just doesn’t sit well with me that a bunch of rookies and some samurai will do the job. Especially since the strongest one of them was mandhandled in a brutal fashion not a few days ago in a very casual way. Heck even this chapter kaido seemed so nonchalant, even knowing that the alliance is there he didn't give a fuck and kept drinking.

The Marines were panicking about the full force of the a new Rocks alliance.

Thanks to Marco, that's not what the Strawhats are facing. It's just one Yonko crew and Big Mom herself. Which is big, but not "oh my god we have no chance of winning" big. And O-Lin comes can come into play at some point and really level the playing field.

Page One is really the weakest of the Six. I won’t be surprised if he goes full Zoan or Hybrid in the beginning of the next chapter just to ask Luffy who is he and why is he there..??

I don't think it will have anything about that, as I believe ROCKS is still alive he will have his own plot, I also don't see Big Mom falling here unless Kizaru comes in and kills her which I don't see it as probable option.
But sure if Oda goes that way it would be cool too, however in my opinion these are forced parallels between Luffy and Roger, about him needing to have a Whitebeard of his own and more but that's just my opinion.

Well Xebec's lieutnants escaped death and capture at God Valley, and Wano is far from being a true parallel to God Valley and to the Rocks Pirates as Xebec was the undisputed strongest pirate of the world and leader of the Rocks Pirates, and that he had under his command nearly all the future major and most powerful and legendary pirates the world would know later.

Even if an alliance between Kaido and Big Mom is a reunion of two former Rocks Pirates and is an extremely formidable pirate alliance it's far from the Rocks 2.00.
Even the Blackbeard Pirates with Blackbeard who is the closest to a second version of Xebec is far from fullfilling the exceptionnal circumstances that were filled by the Rocks Pirates.

Kidd and luffy aren’t enough to take on kaido man, I think even the ah trio is iffy.

Here is a problem with what you said. You think that since luffy trained and didn’t use coo that that’s enough the bridge the massive gap in power but I don’t. Because at the end of the day, it was a very casual drunk kaido that did that to him. So sure he may have prepped a bit for casual kaido strikes and speed or whatnot but what about when he gets the least bit serious? We saw that his fight with big mom was litteraly shaking onigashima constantly. An island bigger than marineford .

I just don’t see how luffy training this new coa which I’m sure other top tiers have and yet kaido is still around, and using his fs would allow him to somehow 2vs1 kaido as you imply.

But we’ll see.

In my Imagination, my ideal idea… will be Kidd and Luffy going for Kaido, first both alone, they try and get hit Always, but they are able to extend the time they are Fighting separately, which Always gives the other one a timeframe Regenerate (Chopper and Marco could have both a huge Impact in the Regeneration). And while they both easily get beaten, they are able to grow and improve every time, specialy with the healing between. I mean, they are no goku, so it is another Level of improvement, but they can grow and learn from that, massively. Kaido will also notice that they get stronger every time, while he is losing condition, gets a bit exhausting (dont forgett he is an alcoholic). So this whole Procedere takes a few Hours for sure. But at some Point, Luffy and Kid will realize they cant do it alone and it will get urgent to go on. So they are have a Dispute About that, but come to the Point while they accept the other one cant do it without help. And so they start Fighting im Team, still improving, still gowing and coming to their Limits but can work together to make it. I can see that coming.

He could be at the rear entrance himself awaiting Law to execute the plan they brewed up at Rasetsu prison or he could be contacting a SWORD member giving live updates on the proceedings at the fire festival.

I mean, people already blinded if this war is Luffy - Law - and kid arc. But there is 8 supernovas here, and this fight should be a "Supernova arc" too.

From my stand points, Law already had 2 alliances (1 with Luffy and Kidd, and 1 with X-Drake and Hawkins). So, law already had 2 plans either and that was so impressive from law's part.
But, Apoo can stay in the beast pirates side. I dont see how he gonna betray the beast pirates.
