Yep even if he has been shot by a seastone projectile he would just be incapacitated for some time before someone retires it from his body.

They never listened

Having CoC placed Kata and Ace slightly above Marco
Having FS made Kata clearly above Marco
Having Awakening, Kata is a league above Marco

They won't shoot or disarm Kata.
Capone (who is above Izo) couldn't even do a thing to Kata
No BMP here is strong enough to shoot and harm Kata except BM.
