Oda's writing this arc has been laughable:

1. He made Luffy Zolo Killer Kid arrive to performing stage just to split off and go to castle in search of Kaido
Then Kaido arrives to performing stage and they all come back from where they started.... with no goal accomplished except meeting Yamato.

2. What was the point of Law's group with Scabbard to go back around Onigashima just to ambush Kaido from where Luffy and Kid group came from?

It seems like Oda himself has no idea about Onigashima's layout. Characters teleport with no logic.

Many fans would love a scene like BM or Kaido holding Sanji and telling Luffy “will you become PK with these kinds of pathetic useless losers?” before beating him black and blue and killing him.
Can totally see Oda do that. Hope he does not though!

Any fake spoiler is better than the real ones because Oda doesn't care about characters non named Luffy while the fake ones focus on any character indistinctly.
Now and then he decides to do something interesting (Sanji saves Momo, the headless soldiers,..) but then he panics and does something on the opposite direction or moves the focus on Luffy as to save him from being a secondary character for a bit :suresure:

Prediction: (Not necessarily this next chapter)
Kaido has defeated the scabbards Kaido beheaded all of them and stuck their heads on their swords. Jack is heavily injured and asks Kaido for help, Kaido kills him for being too weak. Most of the minks are down, because of exhaustion. Kaido decides to return to the dome to see how things are going, Luffy jumps out of nowhere and sees the carnage. Kaido congratulates him for coming this far and offers him Jack's spot as a calamitiy. Luffy outright refuses, Law, Kidd, Drake, Killer, Zoro, Drake teleport to the roof and stand behind Luffy. On the other side of the roof Kanjuro is alive and managed to save the scabbards from Kaido by drawing their replicas. He saw Orochi's lifeless body and wants to die avenging Orochi.
