It would make sense why Izo is the one reacting if that is the case. The other 8 wouldn't "react" to that name. Not that it would mean anything in the long since Ace is actually dead, but the name "Ace" could be significant in that "sounds" personal.

Nope...going by the events happening in outside world, there is no scope for timeskip.....it will be hard for Oda to justify the timeskip at this point...

Yes but Oda will not allow her to use them most of the time, remember how Prometheus was conveniently absent when BM and her children arrived to Wano and how they were nowhere to be seen on many more occasions during WCI arc.
