Is walking up and down the stairs for 10 chapters an "obstacle" to you? You have Law who teled all the Samurai to the island. He can instantly get Luffy to the roof, but Oda wants to stall until 1000 and bore the living fuck out of people.

"This point at the story Luffy was talking to Rayleigh in Sabaody. NVM the actual point in story was Marineford after the deaths of Ace and Whitebeard

- it said the crew would split up and there will be a Timeskip. (True of Timeskip)

- Then he said Luffy will meet someone that he loves and thought was dead. (Sabo, True)

- And two more things. That Luffy will fight Doflamingo in the new world and that Sanji will die in the big war. Sanji told Luffy to go to the big sea that he wanted to see ( smiling at Luffy while saying it and then dying ). (Luffy fought Doflamingo so partly true but this could have been easily predicted as it was obvious, sanji aint dying)

- Law will lose his eye in the war against Kaido (Can Happen)

- Chopper will die by the hands of Kaido (probably not gonna happen)

- The Girl in Chapter 795 will be the next Strawhat (Carrot, highly probable)

- Kaido is a suicidal man because he lost his son (Can happen, probable)

- Kaido also has a daughter (Proven True due to Yamato)

- After Zorro and Luffy beat Kaido Luffy will be captured by Smoker and sent to impel down, Sabo and the crew will rescue him (Partly true, no knowledge of Sabo so far after Reverie, low probability of Sabo appearing)

- Bon Clay joins the crew (Highly probable)

- Sanji will get his moment with Big Mom and Zorro with Kaido

- Big mom knows everything about Sanji and kills jinbei (Jinbe has the biggest chance of dying)

- Sanji was hiding a big thing to the straw hats about his past (Did happen)

- Blackbeard will start a war against the marine and win it

- Blackbeard kills shanks and becomes Pirate King for a short time (Probably will be the most climactic moment in the series where Blackbeard becomes Pirate King before Luffy)"
