Marco looked more concerned about Pero's attack than the Yonko who grabbed him by neck. Looks like it's indeed true that Haki is effective against Marco ability.

Haki doesn't negate DF abilities, it's been pretty clear till now. We have seen Marco recover from getting his brains blown out, so the arrow really wasn't going to do much, except wear down his regeneration reserves(which might have been the plan).
