After watching tons of review and re-reading few times i can tell this chapter has a lot secret plot elements that Oda put in place for the future
For me must intriguing parts are "Enemy ship" and Cliffhanger at the end of the chapter

Enemy ship that Tama was on can be also an ally ship and not the enemy ship
Tama doesn't know much about of outside of Wano so she could easily make a mistake
Who arrive with Tama to Onigashima can be anyone's guess
Must obvious is BMP or some Orochi's men for mainland but i don't think thats the case
In my opinion it has to be some major players that will swing this war into chaos
Marines/CP0 and revolutionary army are the best choices

Next week chapter has a potential to be even better that this one

This implies that the banquet hall is either on the 1st floor or even below that. Sanji and the others are on the verge of entering the 3rd floor and it would be odd for him to hear anything now compared to when they were on the lower levels.
Anyways, the official will release in a few minutes but I found this interesting
