If Zoro fights King, it won't be higher than a high diff. Whoever thinks it'll be extreme are only gonna disappoint themselves. He will join the fight against Kaido regardless.

For all we know Zoro's intervention against Kaido may just be a last effort to reopen the scar only for him to pass out immediately after. I don't see such scenario incompatible with a battle above high diff versus King.

Big Mom was trolled by Mihawk fans because they used the Vista postponement argument for a decade and they(including me ) had to return the favour. No one actually believes Marco~BM.

Additionally, doesn’t Shanks use a gun in the same games that predicted Kaido’s elemental control and Drake’s Excalibur attack?

Can he dual wield a gun and a sword with one arm? If not, then is he stronger with a gun than he is with a sword? If not, then he's still a swordsman

Like someone asked something goofy about why their technique to escape bears, tigers, and Akainu didn’t help them escape their mom.

And Oda said something like “the technique will help you get away from all of those and EVEN Kaido but not your mom”?

Implying that Kaido > Akainu?

I really hope Franky versus Sasaki is an actual, final versus. The idea of armored versus armored fits quite nicely, and Sasaki's party personality could give us some funny moments with Franky.

Not to mention sasaki being kokoros son.

Sure. Or maybe Zoro's fight set up for him won't get him to the point of desperation. The only fight I can think of that was set up primarily for him was Mr. 1 and that was solely because of him being made of steel. I honestly expecting some type of Kaku situation to go down imo.
