It wasn't base Katakuri either. He used awakening to propel himself towards Luffy with Zangiri Mochi. He didn't use power mochi because it wasn't as effective as going into close quarter combat. Katakuri wasn't holding back.

King is 90% has it imo. Being very generous here, assuming he is ~ Katakuri and Katakuri has 1 of advanced haki, the one that he masters the most (CoO), then Kinh will also have 1 advanced haki that he excels the most which is CoA.

Exactly, that's why I think every YC1 character has at least a special form of haki which makes the difference between them and regular YCs.

I'm not sure Zoro is drained out of Haki since it says Enma cuts more than necessary. It has to be related to the wielder's strenght and not be a feature of the sword alone. I would be a bit disappointed otherwise. The sword looks more magical that way.
