He made the jutsu, used it for war, then passed away. Everything that happened with it afterwards has nothing to do with him

btw, none of this would have happened if danzo the clown did not stop the uchiha from aiding against 9 tails.

Meaning that single incident lead to the genocide and all that. The village would still be fine were it not for that. Sure the uchiha might get some suspicion and a little hatred. But like 1000% less than how the story went.
