I like to think that commanders can inflict top tiers some good damage when scabbards, supernovas, rev commanders could achieve that, you could say scabbards damage didn't mattet much but in the long run it gets accumilated by the damage inflicted by the supernovas too.

Don't expect characters with no crews to also have a bounty over Luffy unless they were Ex Admirals.

Fujitora -> Has the second of the Revs (after he had also eaten the Mera) scratched up and panting, while Sabo could tell that he was playing dumb/wasting time.

Big Mom -> Kidd holds his own against her at least for one chapter, no additional scratches on him and Big Mom wants to take care of him.

Ace was Whitebeard's only chance to have a commander that can actually do some serious damage.

But that retard choose to abuse Devil Fruit instead of training his Haki. At one point I even thought that Ace had better potential than Luffy.

Pre Mera Sabo would rape Ace in 1 vs 1 with his Haki.

Looks like Rev Commanders have a diff bounty scale than Yonko Commanders, if we use Sabo as a reference, the Rev Commanders prob get an almost 3 times multiplier when put into the Kaido Commanders bounty scale(I think Sabo vs Queen is prob around 1.8 vs 1.3 ratio), that makes 2 of the Rev Commanders over 1 billion mark.

In that case, Fuji was doing alright.

There’s literally a panel that shows Kizaru going to fight Izo and three other commanders together during Marineford, which literally means he was solo against a force with a higher combined bounty than the Revos. Fuji and Greenbull ain’t looking too good rn
