It has to be fanart because I don't see it in the manga. Aqua's face should be the easiest to find because he got his double black eyes in chapter 98 but still I couldn't find it.

Ruby's face is similar to this one but different

There is a page with Miyako talking to someone through her phone and telling them that she will check Ruby's free time in her schedule and answer them later. There is a dialogue before that that I don't know who is saying it and to who it refers tho I think it should refer to Miyako since she is in the panel, anyways without context the only way to translate that dialogue is "I think (pronoun) is being asked a lot of things right now"

They didn't explicitly say they're together, but Hoshino said we're getting along well.
It's like a brother and sister relationship.
After that there's no more footage of them, and the stuff that comes after that I'll leave you guys to read for yourselves.

I'm sure 122 will stew me if I talk about it.

After reading this, i'm going to guess that Scumbag = Aqua and Hoshino = Ruby even tho both are Hoshinos. Also Everyone = Kana and Memcho, this would make sense because the leaked panel is of those 2 asking what's happening. So the first line would be something like
"Kana and Memcho wants to know what's going on with Aqua and Ruby"

The second line
"They didn't explicitly say they're together, but Ruby said we're getting along well."

The third line I think it might be Memcho and Kana's thoughts? Unless it's the leaker's thoughts, both make sense anyways.

Imagine when someone gets princess carried and wraps their arms around the neck of the person carrying them), kana is freaking out seeing them being so sticky and close together calling out aqua for having a sister complex, mem says this is good material for internet points and takes a photo of Aqua and Ruby

- Everyone wants to know about the Aqua and Ruby relationship
- They didn't specifically explain whether they were in a relationship or not, Ruby just said "We were getting along well".
