Well, I haven't tunnelled Psychic, I haven't said I even wanted Psychic lynched or even be pushed to claim. Did you read the posts you asked for? If you did, I don't understand how that can be your takeaway.

Not being an obstacle when you’re the sole obstacle that can seriously prevent something is the play if you think your involvement is more likely to muck it up than help. Alternatively I could sheep and join the tunnel, however it just have a hard time going against myself. I’d rather wash my hands than go against my own leanings to that degree. The later just feels “wrong” lol

"standing aside" is essentially the same thing as sheeping. Mechanically it results in the same outcome, it just lets you tell yourself that you didn't support the wagon.
