The Only Characters on Panel we have seen to get Haki blooms/awakening have been

Luffy - [WCI and WANO 2x] ~ FS, Ryuo, CoC
Zoro - [Alabasta 2X, Wano] ~ Ryuo, CoO, CoC
Usopp - [Dressrosa] ~ CoO

The way Usopp alluded to Haki (saying the tremors of GreenBit was his haki was CoC is similar to Zoro denying Onigashima lifted was his CoC. We know Usopps lies comes true and Zoro just awakened his CoC.

Usopp getting it is 100% confirmed and would be so fucking satisfying for him to drop blood, sweat, and tears every arc to earn it.

Of course, I'm not. He's obviously a coward too, primarily so as I mentioned before. But are you just gonna ignore his brave moments? The guy literally lied about having CoC. That's the biggest and the most direct hint you can get from Oda when you already know that his lies become true.

So he is sometimes brave and sometimes no? Is his CoC going to work in the same way? Sometimes he can use it and sometimes he can't?

I just compare his personality with the personality of confirmed CoC users and I can't do anything but laugh. I saw dogs in the streets having more qualities of a King than Usopp.
