I specifically asked this forum for the polling since it has a wide range of audience from fanboys, to avid readers, to casual readers, to haters, to wide spectrum of audience.
lol...54 votes are "wide range of audience"....this forum consists of at most 1000 people who read OP and active users won't even be more than 100-150 which doesn't even represent 1/100th of the fandom....your wide range is very narrow just like your view point....:kayneshrug:

Like I said before it's a balanced arc, with things I didn't like at all and things that I like a lot.
Can't list them all but few things I didn't like for example were the dragging to make 1000 special, some fights didn't make sense (to me), Big Mom role through the arc, Zoro giving up his sword too easily, Sanji using the RS (which was to be expected but I still don't like it), Sanji and Black Maria plot.
Things that I liked, Kaido's reintroduction as a huge dragon flying in the sky, Apoo, Pedospero still being a douchebag, Luffy learning more about haki and finally coating his attacks with CoC, Zoro and Luffy doing well on the rooftop (except that part with Luffy not being able to move after G4), Kinemon entrusting Luffy to defeat Kaido.

As a Luffy fan the last few chapter were more satisfying for me too I guess.

I just took my stats final (college sophomore here). If you guys want I can actually do some analysis. The issue is that we need to be pretty sure the results come from a random sample.

I'm actually okay, the things Im disappointed are just orochi being a fodder and BM's motherly mode. Still curious on BMP future role and the cp's. If they don't do anything then it's another dissapointment, I mean why bring them in wano if they don't do anything, but overall the arc is okay.

When did I ever say "wide range of audience" is 54 votes? How about learn how to read, maybe? I was referring to worstgen site as a whole. Also, there are a lot more than 1000 people on here, those who actually participate maybe less not sure. Also, you obviously don't know the dynamics of statistics. You don't need a large data set to have a reasonable amount of quality data with an uncertainty. Around 100 votes will suffice to give an accurate description with an uncertainty of about 5-8%. The 60 votes now gives quite a good representation. The only issue that may skew the results is that if worstgen is a bias platform that leans a certain way, very similar to the One Piece subreddit forum were criticism isn't allowed. However, from my short time on this forum it seems to have a wide range of audience like I said from haters to fanboys but I maybe wrong.
I am talking about people who actually reads One piece in this forum because not everyone joins this forum because they are avid one piece readers....and of course active users are around 100-150 if you look at most of the spoilers thread and any other threads....you definitely need a large data set....small data sets do not work all the time....simple election predictions taken from small data set went wrong when original results came out....and like I said, the fans in this forum doesn't even represent 1/100th of the whole fandom....one piece fandom is not just worst gen...and what if all subreddit who are one piece fans all of a sudden join the forum and give positive ratings in this thread...doesn't that completely change the dynamics of statistics?...

Alright, here’s the results of my statistical analysis. Finally, a practical use for my university knowledge
:(

Here’s the assumptions I’m making:
- A 5 corresponds to 100, a 4 corresponds to an 80, a 3 corresponds to a 60, etc.

- The total population (not the sample) follows a normal distribution. Basically, people with opinions further from the average are (proportionally) less common than people with opinions closer to the average.

- The sample poll here consisting of 62 members is a random/representative sample.

Here’s what I found:
The sample average is 58.75. Constructing a wald confidence interval at the 95% confidence level using the sample standard deviation and the sample size gives us the range 58.75 +/- 5.97 (~53 to ~65).
*a < 0.05*

There is a 95% chance that that range contains the average for the general population, given the assumptions I laid out above.

So, somewhat unsurprisingly, the average view of Wano more generally is that it is a 3/5.

Again you don’t need a large data set. All you need is an unbiased dataset meaning random. And yes if all subreddit join this worstgen it skews the data then it isn’t an accurate representation. But I am under the assumption that worstgen has a wide range of audience. But most likely I am wrong since I can’t verify that. If I were to guess , it will be more like 55-60% who think Wano is good or fantastic while 40-45% think it’s mediocre or awful.
why it is not an accurate representation? because they have positive opinion about something which you have negative opinion?.....in their view, they are unbiased your view is biased...there is no such thing as unbiased set....by the way what do you mean by unbiased set? different people at different locations have different opinions...it is not as if WG contains people from every corner of the world....... and we are taking about people with emotions and liking is subjective and opinions are biased from their POV when it comes to manga....

by the way, there will be never a random sample....I mean you take X random people from certain area and you get majority people who are liking the current arc...and you take X random people from another area and you get majority people who don't like the current arc....now take same X people from some other area and you will get 50:50 division...tell me which random sample best represents the mood of the whole fandom?....sample 1 or sample 2 or sample 3? ...

LMFAO! Fairy Tail has a rating of 4.9 in Amazon, what is your point? Of course people who buy the material is going to rate it high. That isn't really a fair assessment now is it? I specifically asked this forum for the polling since it has a wide range of audience from fanboys, to avid readers, to casual readers, to haters, to wide spectrum of audience.
You are the most biased and all your opinions are biased. Most of the people here are biased. Most of the people here rate bad because their head cannons are shattered and some of the people rate good because their favorites got decent shine irrespective of logic. So this site definitely not the best representation of people opinion.

DBZ>DBS but DBZ has a lot of problems too.
Few problems. Take it easy. My main concern is plot armor/poor writing. DBZ has almost none compared to One Piece. In terms of fighting at least. The only thing you can really call plot armor is first SSJ and maybe SSJ2.

Oden is the sole reason Wano is being held back from being a great arc imo. That's not a light problem though cause he's the most important figure linked to this arc.

Pros
-Act 1 was great, straight to the point (Kaidou didn't waste any time showing up and putting Luffy to bed)
-Resurgence of Zoro back to relevancy (playing a pivotal role throughout, bonding with Yasu, Hiyori, gaining enma)
-Roger and WB stuff in the flashback was cool to see (major keys to the end of OP with the laugh tale chapter)
-Rooftop chapters were great, pleasantly surprised Oda didn't offpanel 95% of it.

Cons
-Oden and anything to do with his family (arguably the worst written character in One Piece, started off on a good note, got progressively worse, ended horribly)
-Nearly the entirety of the prison scenes in Act 2 (way too much time wasted on nonsense, killed the seriousness of the situation) , could have taken this time fleshing out the tobi roppo or something.
-Bloating the arc with unnecessary interactions (why the hell did we have the Scabbards get utterly wrecked by Kaidou in an epic fight, only to have them magically healed and back in the mix?)
-Lack of tension (again, why are the scabbards up again? The alliance already has enough mouths to feed, almost seems overkill)

Despite all its faults it's still one of the better post skip arcs, which should tell you how disappointing post skip has been. Arc's far from over though, there's definitely set up for it to get better, since we're getting some of the biggest most meaningful fights since pre timeskip.
