I never said that. I said he has LS en. Which is basically LS CoO.
Ah ok. That is more impressiv hen.

You were showing off Luffy's reacting to lazers. Its not like you were showing movement or attack speeds
My bad. He deflect a lightning strike from Enel. That alone should put him higher then Mach 1 lol.

Based on his combo speed, it has shown very often that Luffy can attack with a very high speed:

The entire fight against Lucci and other Member of the CP9 he has shown a lot of attack and movement speeds. And that is only Pre-Time skip. Someone like Blueno, who was able to blitz Luffy before several times couldn´t even see and react to his attacks:

And that was AFTER Luffy react and deflect Enel his lightning. I can post more if you wish.

That lightning feat is really iffy tho. We dont really know whats going on.

Show a better lightning feat ( Enel lightning is all I take) that its been shown that character has actually reacted to it.

How is that iffy? The lightning strike nearly hit Luffy and Nami. While Luffy can resist lightning because his rubber body, Nami can´t. He have to deflect it and that´s what he did.

I can look for other feats, but iirc that was only that one based on "attacking lightning". Since you asked me where he has a good attack speed feat, you get one with the lightning block. Fast enough to react and fast enough to kick it away.

Theres so much things that couldve happened in panel tho. To me looks like the lightning changed its path with Luffy's leg just flapping around. There isnt even impact with Luffy's leg and the lightning.

Its too hard to decipher what truly happened. We need a better showing of it.

Not an impact, still a movement to react and to deflect the attack. Oc Luffy his rubber makes it possible to deflect the attack without force, so you don´t see any impact.

Even if we would say he didn´t "attack" the lightning, we still have the later attack speed feats against Blueno and Lucci, which are superior to Enel his lightning (Luffy couldn´t see, nor react to them before Water Seven, especially against Lucci and later it was Lucci who can´t track Luffy his attacks anymore)

Where has Luffy shown that he is faster than Enel's lightning ?
Based on that he could react to Enels lightning and later against people who outclassed Luffy his reaction speed (Which at this time was comparable to Enel his lightning)

1.) He react to Enel his lightning, as i has showed before. If this isn´t enough, Luffy reacted to El Thor as well and was fast enough to dodge.

2.) After the Skypia Arc there was the Water 7 Arc, where Luffy has trouble to keep up with Blueno and Rob Lucci. He couldn´t even tag Bruno with his attacks his attacks are to slow for him. Luffy was suprised by Lucci his attack, later Luffy couldn´t track him in a direct fight. Lucci was too fast. Blitzes Luffy again and again in base without trouble.

3.) With Gear 2 he blitzes Blueno and keep up with Lucci. Within the fight he also surpassed him, while Lucci already used his devil fruit.

At this point Luffy surpassed reached a new speed level (Which should be obvious thanks to Gear 2).

Enel his lightning = Luffy < CP9 Members Blueno < Lucci < Gear 2 Luffy.

4.) In Marineford he even dodged a blast from a Pacifista really close. Later he blitzed Sandersonia who has precognition.

etc.

Luffy already surpassed the speed of lightning before timeskip.

And please dont bring up base enel.
Enel is the best example for lightning, but on the other point where are the speed feats from Meruem at all the time? Did Meruem react and dodge to lightning or light before?

Ok so I was gonna give you the El Thor feat.....but the acc translation gives a different vibe

In the translation you posted it made it seem like Luffy could see how big El Thor was....however in the acc Viz translation.

And Luffy didnt dodge it. Ganfall saved him.

From that we can deduct that Luffy ( and also Conis) saw a big light in the sky. And try to avoid where it would land. From the translation you posted, Luffy said "No its too big" which implies that Luffy saw the lightning. However in the actual translation Luffy says "What the"....which could mean anything.

Sorry. You may see me as a bitch. But I cant accept that.:usoprice:. Its unquantifiable.

Yes I know Enel is the best example. However base Enel in his human form's speed. Shouldnt be comparable to Enel when he transforms into lightning. It has been shown he grows faster when he turns into lightning. To the point it looks like he can teleport.

I already showed you Mereum's En being LS.

Pre-Stephen viz is not really the best, hence them adding Stephen and his scripts being the more used and preferred ones.
Luffy: You idiot...
You didn't have a choice...?!!
THEN-

All: WHY DID YOU TELL US THAT??!!

Conis: Wha...?

Luffy: THEY'RE GONNA COME AFTER YOU!!!

People: Oh no...
It's too late!!!
Get away from that girl!!!
The Judgement is coming!!!

- Page 149 -

Luffy: NGAH!!!

Conis: AH!!

Luffy: DAMN, IT'S TOO BIG!
and in his scripts the same is said, i.e. it's too big
