Speculations Pound is still dead

Lol, Pedro is a SURE COMEBACK for me, Yasui not so much.. but who knows.. I wouldn't exclude it LOL... But Pedro? I'm telling you all, just you wait and see for yourselves!
And my reasoning for that are very simple honestly:

1- WCI arc, it had a full moon (where Carrot used her solung)... Same for Pekoms who is LESS IMPORTANT as character than Pedro.... he went Solung.... And we know for a fact that Pedro can control his solung form... because he TRAINED Carrot for it.... If Oda wanted Pedro dead...he would have revealed ALL OF PEDRO'S cards and arsenal before killing him..... meaning he would have gone Solung BEFORE dying to basically see EVERYTHING about him... hiding Pedro's solung form means Oda is DELAYING its appearance... otherwise it doesn't make sense... the SHs were in real pinch in that arc that Oda is giving all kinds of plotholes to make the SH escape... why wouldn't he make Pedro reveal a powerful form to help them BEFORE sacrifcing himself in a different event...

2- His connection to Bepo by having Zepo as partner NEVER BEEN BROUGHT UP... but Oda will have to make Pedro and Bepo have their moment about reminiscing Zepo

3- Sanji's words at the very end of the arc, where it feels like Sanji understood Pedro the most despite his sacrifice... Pedro sure is happy to sacrifice himself to let SH run... but Sanji hinted that "this was NOT your place of death" despite Pedro's own conviction of going to that island not intending to die... Reason is... Pedro's dream is explained to us as him wanting to be the bridge or the linchpin of the new dawn (which is by making the SH the bringer of the new dawn... escape from there)

HOWEVER, this is NOT HIS ORIGINAL DREAM... Pedro wanted to be PART OF that new dawn, which was hinted by those points:
- Him asking Roger to take him because he felt that he can accomplish it with Roger
- Him taking out his own eyes... trying to survive by any cost... to witness the new dawn

4- Lastly, and the BIGGEST CLUE for any One Piece character not dying yet... is we NEVER SAW THEIR BODIES... people should know better with this reason basically

that's on top of many CLUES AND HINTS that he's joining the SHs from "Foxy arc" where Luffy drew Pedro's crescent moon ear.... or the similarities/contrast Pedro shares with other crewmembers:
1- With Jinbe who is ex-captain of Sun Pirates/ while Pedro is ex-captain of "nox pirates" (Nox = night)

2- With Brook, who BOTH LOST 50 years of their life! Brook spent it ALONE.. Isolated... Pedro were stolen from him by BM

3- His style which matches Sanji...

Lastly, his position as a Lookout... which he did during their travels into WCI... also Jaguar is known for the "NIGHT VISION" ability

and lastly, the cover page which showed ALL PRESENT and FUTURE SHs as cats: it's our job to analyze which one is who!

There are some obvious ones like:
5 Chopper
1 Nami
2 Zoro
10 Jinbe

etc..

Number 11 is PEDRO FOR SURE... that is EXACTLY how Pedro's tail look like... just look it up

He's a future SH... and he RESONATED with Luffy 100 times more than Carrot... if he makes a comeback which he WILL... and Luffy sees him again... pretty sure Luffy will ask him to join him...

I'll do you a better one.... I'll show you the panels... chapter 318 if you're wondering even right after Foxy lost his battle
Luffy draws a flag of what it seems like an animal which is supposed to be a "fox" for Foxy character... however the appearance of what Luffy draws is more close to a panther/tiger/Jaguar... type of animal... with an INCOMPLETE left ear...

Also, the ONLY INCOMPLETE left ear character on this show is Pedro... NO ONE ELSE has that feature

Now, if you think that this is ONLY maybe a mistake by Oda to not draw a FULL EAR.... there is ANOTHER panel for the ship... and STILL it's clear the left ear is INCOMPLETE... seems like it's cut/injured... while the right ear is okay...

So the left injured ear is INTENTIONAL BY ODA

However, if you also think that Luffy's drawing does NOT MEAN ANYTHING when it comes to foreshadowing... then think of Luffy's drawing ONCE AGAIN before Enies Lobby arc when he wanted to recruit a shipwright for the crew... and here is what he was drawing.....

You might say... but this is NOT Franky... but it IS FRANKY.... It's Franky SHOGUN

So, sure as hell Luffy's drawing sucks and very bad and looks confusing.... but the CONCEPT of his drawing is important for future references...

Lastly, I just want to address that There are certain parts in One Piece... where Oda used HEAVY FORSHADOWING... and those parts of the story are during:

1- Jaya arc... which had SO MANY DIFFERENT FORESHADOWINGS for so many different things that were shown in future arcs

2- During Foxy arc.... Also had SO MANY ambigeous lines and quotes and panels that were used as foreshadowing in that arc

It's worth noting that during Foxy arc.... Luffy also wore an Afro in preparation for an AFRO MEMBER to join (Brook)... So small hints can be dropped by Oda by showing the concept...

Wow simply awesome senpai. I made another theory back in OJ why Pedro is the next nakama after Jinbe. Goda created disguises for Luffy, Zoro and Kinemon as a fish, a cat and a frog back in Dressrosa. Is this foreshadows the next 3 strawhats

Honestly pound being alive was bad writing to me on my part .

Regarding pell well i cant say much but he was one of the key players in Albasta and guardian of Vivi. It makes sense Pell 's role had define moment to bring him back alive .

Is pound useful to storyline ? Will he play any role that will aid SHP or anyone in future i dont see that happening . Pound's dream was to unite with his daughter which kinda makes sense but i think oda made mistake here to bring him back . Pound's death would have been cruel to show the yonko world is dark and murky .

My defense on my why there was no proof of his death , even in the old forum i questioned why offpanel an important death .
- The blade used in the panel by oven and the sword dripped with blood were not same .
- The swords dont match on chapter 887 and oda kind of mislead the readers to show Pound got slashed . The sword used by oven has more curve edge and the one dripped with blood is very linear .

Conclusion : The one shown in chapter 887 panel with blood soaked sword was notoven's . Its possible we might hear Pound's version soon enough .

There is no difference between Pell and Pound, the motivation to not kill them stems from the same place, namely to not leave behind a bad taste in the audience mouth once due to killing a supposed good guy, which Oda already stated himself is the reason.

Pell also does not have any relevance to the storyline, his sacrifice and the execution of it was one of the best things of Alabasta, but he came back without any justification and then exists in the background. Why? So that the audience does not think back on Alabasta and feels sad that he is dead.

The same will happen to Pedro one way or the other, pretty obvious.

OH, want, you tought that Pound was alive? Lmao, sincerely doubt it.
On OJ I said that both Pedro and Pound were alive because Oda doesn't kill characters. Anyone who was on the next nakama thread much should be able to confirm it, because it was one of my main arguments against Carrot at the end of the arc.

Believe that or not, no skin off my back.

Normal Franky looks more like Luffy´s drawing than Shogun

People going to claim the same when Pedro returns, could not be expected, nobody said this and so on.
There were several people who immediately knew Pound´s story and goal of meeting his daughters will not end up with him getting his head chopped off, but i guess it´s the "New World".

Interesting thought indeed...
But generally, I know people hate the idea of "someone not dying" in this series... when it appears that they died... and I can agree to them TO SOME EXTENT... I would agree to them if THERE was 2 conditions:
1- The body is shown to be dead...
2- They have NO FUTURE ROLES

If I had a belief for example that this character will have important role in story... LIKE BEING A FREAKING STRAWHAT MEMBER... then there is no reason for people to be upset about me thinking that he will stay alive.... And if people want to argue that with me....

How about Zoro taking Luffy's pain? when he was already exhausted and said he cannot move one muscle to fight Kuma... completely damaged... wounded and on verge of death... and he still took all of Luffy's pain.... why people aren't upset about him being alive???? instead they praise him? because simply they know his role as a character will not be finished... they know he will survive... and his sacrifice is NOT TAKEN to the point that he MUST DIE... rather his sacrifice showed how fucking LOYAL and Badass he is...
Same for all other sacrifices by crewmembers in different arcs....

In similar way, I think Pedro is joining... that sacrifice moment from Pedro WILL RESONATE with Luffy to care about him SO MUCH.... where Luffy will have a big bond with him as a character if he showed up back....
