That someone explain to me so far what is the use of having a black blade / Kokuto and what does it have to do with the power levels?

- Roger needed a Kokuto to defeat Rocks and fight WB? = No

- WB needed a kokuto to be the strongest man and pirate in the world? = No

- Does Fujitora need a Kokuto to be one of those who are the greatest military power of the world government? = No

- Does Rayleigh need a kokuto to be considered a legend in the same caliber as the strongest man and pirate in the world? = No

- Does Flower Sword Vista need a Kokuto to clashed equally with a Kokuto-user mihawk to force him to postpone their confrontation? = No

And if we consider that the shishibukai were part of the world government, but the Admirals are the strongest of the world government therefore mihawk is inferior to the Admirals and also that he was replaced and ordered to capture ...

So what's the use of a kokuto?
Does Oda plan to retcon mihawk as well as retcon Crocodile?

What is this BS other than in a lame-ass attempt to try to downplay Mihawk and black blades. You make it sound like you need a Black blade to fight somebody who's fighting at a low level, not seriously or even trying.

We know of 2 black blades that span over a history of several centuries. While we have at least a handful of people even in the current time line capable of imbuing their attacks with CoC (Kaido, Big Mom, Shanks, Luffy, Zoro. Just a couple of years ago Whitebeard too, 20 years ago Roger too).

But the manga says that the attack on WB was the strongest slashing attack in the world and he had those green rays and even so Jozu stopped him without a full body diamond and Vista forced him to postpone the fight and Vista does not have a black blade and neither use a serious attack on mihawk

Also mihawk said he wouldn't restrict himself and if he can cut whatever he wants then what happened to Jozu, Buggy and Vista?
