Nah that is your head canon there is nothing factual about that, not everyone learns same way Zoro already had the basics of Ryuo back in Alabasta, he would have probably performed even better with Shusui lmao Enma adds nothing to Zoro other than connecting him to Oden whose wish was unfulfilled.

Because Zoro isn’t luffy CoC is Luffy’s specialty and he had to learn to coat himself with the basics of ryou in order to even gain the CoC coating

Wouldn't change much. The only difference here was that Zoro had to limit or unleash his Haki output in the right moment.

So in a way Enma was a handicap to him in this fight since he needed to focus on Enma not sucking his Haki.

And it wears him down faster too.

This definitely sound a lot more reasonable than the bs people spout about Enma as this shortcut to everything. Zoro in terms of potential does not lose to Luffy, the ability to grow stronger in a fight is not just exclusive to Luffy it has always been that way since the start of the series Zoro always overcomes obstacles on his own.

When Zoro overcomes that by training himself and uses it with almost with the same mastery as Shusui that means he is just that great. Any non biased rational reader would actually give Zoro his fully deserved credit instead of putting all the hype into Enma we know exactly what it does. Characters who are on the same level as Jack were terrified of this blade that Zoro casually tamed
