Favourite fight? Of the top of my head, Boiled vs Saka for just how funny it is, and Lu ร Shin vs the ex prisoner. Loved seeing their growth and potential throughout the fight. Shit was crazy.
Favourite characters are definitely most of the order members. Takamura for how overwhelming he is, and Osaragi for being Osaragi. Wasn't too keen on either Shishiba or Nagumo from the start, but they've grown on me.
As for villains, reindeer man is funny but I don't enjoy them. Gaku > the boss tbh.
And as for the last order members? Nah no clue. I'm guessing one of them is going to be an experienced female, mid 30s or so, while another maybe a full-blown Psycho and that's why some members don't like them. @NikaInParis

Which is that Nagumo is currently the strongest Order Member and relative to 100 percent prime Sakamoto, with Sakamoto having the edge.
First, to showcase that Nagumo is clear of the rest of the order.
Nagumo is the only S rank order target that we are aware of when the bounties are issued. It's been brought up numerous times only for him.
And he took out the second strongest assassin on the list with ease
Apart>Minimalist>Dump>Saw
Sakamoto had much much more trouble with Apart.
Even though Sakamoto got plenty stronger than 30 percent, because Grandma helped him.
And when Grandma was telling Sakamoto how weak he is, she made it a point to compare him to Nagumo
Saying he is much much weaker than Nagumo now, showcasing that they used to be comparable.
And of course the rivalry doesn't end there.
Sakamoto Nagumo and Akao were the 3 most promising from their group
And even though Sakamoto was primarily a gun fighter he is only 5 points ahead of Nagumo in that even though Nagumo does not fight using guns at all
To go back to the order and the bounties issued.
When Kashima shows the bounties we can see that the order is
Nagumo
Sakamoto
Shishiba
Osaragi
This is important because we get to see and establish the order. And it's been repeated. So from there we can see that ostensibly Shishiba has been afforded an A rank
Shishiba is the senior to Osaragi and tasked with teaching her so it is assumed that she should be weaker than him at the moment at best equal/comparable, this giving her an A rank to or slightly higher at best.
Nagumo is the only guy with the S rank that we're told of.

Protrayal is good I'm not gonna lie @Yelanโs Minion, but it's not like there's been a reveal on either Takamura's or Hyo's bounty or rank just yet. More so other hidden order members.
Also Takamura singlehandedly ended a sub arc along with forcing the two main antagonists to retreat. I can give him top 2 but not the number 1 spot rn.

Takamura:- Neg diffing Slur RHM (as of now) and Gaku is highly likely Order lvl as well.
Potrayal:-
Nagumo:- Stronger than Current Sakamoto
Takamura:- Made Slur and Gaku run away, and Slur literally low diffed Sakamoto beforehand
Hype:-
Nagumo:- Nothing other than being in a special trio with Sakamoto and Rion
Takamura:- Literally a fictional boogeyman of the Assassin world. Someone that people believe cannot exist.

As of now Takamura looks better than Prime Sakamoto, let alone Nagumo. Yes I can agree that Nagumo could be > Shishiba, Osaragi, Hyou but not Takamura. But thats only because he was in Sakamoto's group.
Being > Current Sakamoto isnt really good potrayal. Seeing as Uzuki and Kanaguri beat his ass.

There is, using prime Sakamoto. Like I said, we can agree that even though Sakamoto was likely stronger, Nagumo was up there with him, hence their rivalry and constant comparisons. Since Sakamoto is known as the best and greatest killer to have ever lived, that puts him above Takamura as of now. With Nagumo being relative, albeit slightly weaker than Sakamoto, you could argue that he is also stronger than Takamura.
From what we know now, Sakamoto is the strongest assassin, which includes Takamura and Nagumo. Nagumo is relative to him, but we do not know about Takamura. We can assume Takamura is as well, but with Nagumo it's safer. Plus the fact that Takamura is quite elderly, which would put him at a disadvantage.
Now it comes down to how you scale Takamura. Like I said, I definitely think that as of now and what we've been told prime Sakamoto is > Takamura.
Portrayal and hype come from Nagumo being a rival to prime Sakamoto. And yes Takamura also has great portrayal as well, but if we agree on Sakamoto>Takamura, Nagumo vs Takamura is quite debatable.
I wouldn't agree to it, since like I said, Sakamoto was the number 1 hitman, the best and the greatest. He gets the bod over Takamura.
Like I said, it's fine if you think Takamura has it in the bag for now, I initially forgot him when talking about the order, but I think we'll have Sakamoto and Nagumo over him when we see them in action fully. Or at the very least they have the potential to surpass him.
