Of course but we are talking specifically about Kaido rather than any interference which may or not occur depending on what the plot will draw for us.
I think there's a chance the battle might be split later on and regardless even if it doesn't entirely, at least for most of the time, in general no implication that it will stay a 5v2, and even if it stayed the argument could only be expanded to enlarge the system but the basis still standing.
Mine was a simple example to explain him that he can't judge the matter in such a way he usually does overall.

Let’s be serious here sanji beating jack would mean nothing
Because
1- jack is injured
2- zoro is fighting 2 yonko , sure its 5 against 2 but still that’s faaaaaar more impressive than beating an injured 3rd yonko commander
Heck honestly even if sanji fought and defeated king it still would not be as impressive as fighting 2 yonko

they are not fighting 2 yonkous, bm right now is background noise. the 5 focused their attacks on kaidou. and kaidou was injured from fighting 9 scabbards
jack= 1 billion
kaidou = 4,6 billion
if you split kaidou's bounty in 5 , they will all 5 get less then 1 billion for beating kaidou, while sanji gets 1 billion

They are fighting 2 yankos big mom not just standing there she attacked them and even asked kaido to dodge zoros attack meaning she is very well aware of whats happening in the fight
yeah, she told kaidou to dodge, because she knows supernovas only focus on him instead of her lol

Beating Jack isn't even better than what Killer is doing, let alone what Luffy and Zoro have done so far.
What Zoro has already done aka making Kaido and Big Mom shit their pants and hurt him properly with Tatsumaki is something beyond what Jack can even dream of atm let alone actually accomplish it.
Sulong Ino and Neko alone were TOO STRONG for Jack while both together couldn't even do half the damage Zoro has already done and it took all the scabbards combined to do that kinda damage.
Beating Jack isn't even better than what Killer is doing, let alone what Luffy and Zoro have done so far.

-The situation back in Zou and protecting the scabbards for Jack
-Alluded connection with Judge for Queen
-Already clashed with King plus somewhat matching abilities

First Sanji was going to beat King, then Queen, and now Jack. At this rate he will go down the list and eventually make it to P1.
Sanji beating Jack is hype for him. Beating any of the calamities is hype for him. But it's still not as much hype if he would beat King or Queen. Jack was respectful to both of them when they was belittling him.
It is still not better hype than Zoro beating 2 Yonkos. The manga has already set up for Zoro to be a main player in that battle.
