Sanji is actually what makes the SH such a formidable crew tbh. Zoro and Luffy have always been world renowned due to their 100+ Saboady super rookie status yet behind the scenes Luffy has been hiding a fighter who is easily stronger than most of the super rookie captains in Sanji.
It makes the SH power structure unpredictable to enemies. Like with Jinbei (famous, strong experienced) joining most organizations would look at the crew and conclude the top fighters are the two super rookies and the ex warlord. Unbeknownst to them the crew has another fighter who even surpasses the ex warlord. Sanji is the X Factor that most crews and organizations lack

Sanji was more on same level as zoro in pre timeskip , even the most ardent sanji fanboy will admit Zoro is definitely on another levrl.

Of course he will Always be one of the 3-5 top fighters among the crew. Nor Luffy neither zoro Can neg diff hum but, I cant see eos Sanji being equal to kaido. However eos zoro > kaido is very realistic
