So Zoro too since Mihawk cuck him with Perona?
1. He is next in line and equal to Zoro. He will get it and Jimbei is more or less in his Prime. He would have shown it by now, but doesn't seem to have it.
2. Oda have give him traits on COC, so it is possible for him ot have it on him. There multiple users that be 6 or above the Roger Pirates. You got expect Future Pirate King Crew to house many COC users.

If Luffy going be PK, he will have many COC users with him. Zoro and Sanji always been suspected the most to have it once Oda revealed what COC is.

Well depends, he could show it while fighting those 2 or be among support who go to fight Kaido after what they are doing to give Luffy another break. He can show it here or even future arcs given there still many fights for Strawhats after this.

Sanji having Conqueror's haki would definitely contrast him and Germa even further, with him showing that he actually has qualities of a king, while they don't despite Judge attempting to make Germa a great kingdom again.
While Sanji has a strong will regarding his core values (his beliefs as a chef as well as those in regards to women), upholding them for Zeff regardless of the situation and him also being capable of attracting people through his kind acts (like G5 but even earlier we see Gin spare him due to his kindness and Duval and his gang appreciate Sanji later in the series to the extent they do everything they can to assist him), Judge is everything Sanji despises and his goal is to rule over the North Blue like his forefathers did but he'll simply fail and we've already seen the flaws in his ways at Whole Cake Island with his emotionless kids that he created not helping him while he's at his lowest. Judge creates and programmes people to assist him which was his downfall whereas people genuinely assist Sanji due to his kindness after they meet him.
