How did I use the sbs to claim zoros more mobile than chopper? The sbs and panels support me.
Zoros not faster than luffys fastest speed. He doesn't have the feats in the manga nor the portrayal nor the author directly putting him above luffy. Sanji is tho.
So even if zoro places higher than chopper... he's not exceeding luffy. The manga supports this with 1000+ chapters

4. Noting shows Zoro is slower or less Mobile than Chopper.

Brook is the fastest, Zombie Ryuma shat on him so hard while massively holding back and Zoro defeated him therefore Zoro is by far the fastest fighter, the only one that has natural instantaneous speed akin to teleportation.
Soru, geppo and all that useless CP-9/Tashigi/Vergo level shit? Say something when there's another character that can move their hands so fast, so hard that they can do this and jump this massive distance in one movement.

I been saying this for a long time now. Sanji's speed feat of moving so fast he becomes invisible is one of the best, if not the best, pure speed feats we've ever seen on panel.
The M3 have always been fast, but Sanji in speed bursts is the fastest no doubt. I only see speed-based fighters like Snakeman and Kizaru surpassing that feat.
